At Burning Ambitions, food is passion. We believe each selection should provide enjoyment on its own, while properly complimenting the Burning Ambitions experience.

Every item on our menu has been specially created by Chef Robert, a man with a genius for cooking. Our menu is full of favorites, with a special touch to it. And, Chef Robert is always coming up with something new for our Burning Ambitions patrons...we never know what he'll be coming up with next. We invite you to visit and taste for yourself.


 

Crab Dip ­
This customer favorite is a bachmel combined with cream cheese, sour cream, artichoke hearts, and premium Snow Crab meat. It baked with bread crumbs and topped with toasted almonds; served with fresh vegetable and garlic bread for pure enjoyment.

 


Gorganzola Shrimp ­
This relatively new creation by Chef Robert has received raved reviews from all the regulars at Burning Ambitions. The jumbo shrimp baked with dijon butter and a mixture of fresh tomatoes and gorganzola cheese; a great alternative for typical shrimp dijon.




Filet Mignon ­

Simply four stars!
Premium beef tenderloin char-grilled to perfection and finished with grilled mushrooms. A steak lovers dream.

 


Caramel - Apple Pie ­
An upside-down apple pie baked fresh with chopped walnuts and caramel that is served with a delectible cinnamon cream anglais.




Tirimisu ­

Champagne cookies soaked in Kahlua and espresso, layered with a mixture of mascarpone cheese and rum.
